ABOUNDING

Abounding Music

Sharing Faith and Shaping Character with Active Music
Rich Rubietta infuses music from the Catholic and Protestant traditions with irresistable fun and performs original, interactive songs about heros and heroines who inspire us to live our faith.

With high-energy group choreography, Pastor Rich harnesses the appeal of pop music for God's people, creating art with a socially responsible message that shapes positive attitudes toward self and others.

The Assembly introduces K-8 students to a way of prayer and worship that joyfully engages the whole person:body, soul, heart and voice!

Music Assemblies are crafted so that song selection reinforces a school's identified core values: Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Cooperation, Perseverance, Service, Compassion, etc. core values.

Creative Song-Writing Residency option

Play Shops or Residencies develop creative writing skills as students learn how to create songs from life experience and inspirational stories. Students use Life experience and historical figures for raw material, so Playshops cross disciplines: History, Creative Writing and Music. Song-writing secrets are shared and students can perform for each other and/or families at an “Open Mic” opportunity.

Singing, laughing and dancing together strengthens a sense of community and enhances self esteem. We may not change the world in a 1-hour Assembly, but if an attitude about relationships changes, we are on the road to a better future.

Music CD Sampler available upon request.
